If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged (Dead on Arrival), we will replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Claim within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo.
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns unless the plant arrived in poor condition. Incorrect or damaged products will be replaced at no cost.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method (UPI/bank account).
